What to bring to class

Water

Bring a water bottle to class to keep hydrated. We have filtered water stations as well as bottled water for purchase.

Mat and Mat Towel

Please bring your mat with you for Pulse, Heat, Power, and Renew. We will provide your mat in Tempo. A mat towel is highly recommended for all classes and is required for Tempo.

Grip Socks or Sneakers

For Pulse, Heat, Renew we do not allow shoes but encourage grip socks. For Tempo and Power you must wear either sneakers or grip socks for your safety.

Attire to Move

Dress comfortable and ready to move! We encourage activewear for your sessions to keep you moving freely in class.

Once You Arrive

Upon arrival, stop by the front desk to check in, then store your belongings in one of our complimentary lockers before heading to class. To help us maintain a seamless schedule, studio doors open 5 minutes before class begins

.

Once the doors open, make your way into the studio, grab your assigned or chosen spot, gather any equipment needed for class, and settle in so you're ready to begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

For the quickest check-in experience, we encourage all guests to complete their digital waiver before arriving. If you haven't already, you'll receive a link after booking your first class.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for your first visit so you have plenty of time to check in, tour the studio, and get comfortable before class begins.
