Studio Pulse Studios Credit Package Purchase Agreement

This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Studio Pulse Studios LLC, located at 600 N Shepherd Dr # 449, Houston, TX 77007 ("Studio Pulse") and the undersigned purchaser, _________("Customer").

Purchase Details:

Credit Package: The Customer agrees to purchase a credit package to be used on Reformer Classes at Studio Pulse Studios.
Credit Benefits: This package includes Reformer Class, granting access to Pilates classes. Credits must be used before their expiration date.
Credit Definition: Each credit entitles the Customer to attend one Reformer class, unless otherwise specified.

Late Cancellation/ No Show Policies:

Cancellations made less than 8 hours before class start time and no-shows may result in the loss of the applicable credit.

Terms and Conditions:

Payment Authorization: By signing this Agreement, the Customer authorizes Studio Pulse Studios to charge the agreed-upon credit package fee to the payment method provided by the Customer. Payment is processed as a one-time charge.
Package Duration: This Agreement is effective from and shall continue until the expiration of the credits on _________. All unused credits will expire at this time unless otherwise specified by Studio Pulse.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Customers may cancel their purchase within 24 hours of the purchase date, provided that no credits have been used. After 24 hours or once any credit has been used, the purchase is non-refundable.
Use of Facilities: The Customer agrees to adhere to all posted rules, guidelines, and safety protocols at Studio Pulse studios. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of access to services without refund.
Health and Safety Acknowledgment: The Customer affirms that they are in good physical condition and aware of no medical reason why they should not participate in exercise activities. The Customer agrees to assume all risks associated with participating in classes and using the facilities. The Customer releases Studio Pulse Studios LLC, its instructors, and employees from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained while participating in classes or using facilities.
Modification of Terms: Studio Pulse reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement with 30 days' notice to the Customer. Notice of changes will be sent via email to the address on file.
Non-Transferability / Sharing: Credits may be used to book a guest reservation. All guest reservations must be made on the account with the credit purchase.

Miscellaneous:

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions of this Purchase Agreement.
