Here’s What to Know Before ⚡️

We’re so excited to have you at Studio Pulse! Whether it’s your very first class or your first time with us, a little prep goes a long way. Here’s everything you need to know to feel confident and ready before you arrive.

How to find the Houston studio

Our Houston Heights Pulse studio is located in M-K-T Heights in building four. You may park in the lot directly connected to building 4 or we have access to the garage parking near the east side of the shopping center. Pass through the breezeway by Ray-Ban and Treadwell, turn left at Homestead and you will see the Pulse entrance.

What to Bring

✔ Water Bottle

Hydration is key — bring your own water bottle to stay fueled throughout class. We have a water bottle filling station at the studio and will sell bottled waters.

✔ A Mat (for Most Classes)

We require participants to bring a mat for all classes except Tempo.

  • Forgot yours? No problem — mats are available to rent at the studio.

Tempo Class Exception: We will provide your mat for Tempo.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended if you have them, but not required.

Arrive Early

If it’s your first visit, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to:

  • Check in

  • Get set up with equipment

  • Meet your instructor

  • Ask any questions before class starts

Late arrivals may not be permitted once class begins, so give yourself a little buffer.

During Class

  • Listen to your body — modifications are always encouraged

  • Our instructors are here to guide and support you, not judge

  • Take breaks when you need them

After Class

Stick around, stretch it out, and soak in that post-class glow ✨If you loved your experience, we’d love for you to book your next class or chat with our team about memberships and packages.

We can’t wait to move with you!
